Effective October 29, 2026
These terms govern your use of withada.app and the Ada service ("Ada"). By creating an account or using Ada, you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Ada, and if you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Ada is currently invite-only, and access may be limited or changed during early access.
You agree not to misuse Ada, including by breaking the law, trying to access systems or data you are not authorized to, interfering with the service, or using it to create harmful, abusive or infringing content.
You keep ownership of the questions, drawings and other content you submit. You give us permission to use that content only to operate and improve Ada for you. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share anything you submit.
Ada uses artificial intelligence to generate explanations, voice and drawings. Responses can be incomplete or wrong. Ada is a learning aid, not a substitute for professional, medical, legal or financial advice, and you should check important information independently.
Ada is in early access. Features may change, break or be removed, and we may suspend or end access at any time, including for violations of these terms.
Ada is currently free during early access. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you the price before you are charged.
Ada is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ada will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or US$50.
You may stop using Ada and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use Ada after that means you accept the updated terms.
